# 事件与时间线

在浪潮，任何事情都可能成为社会事件，只要它关乎一个或多个群体的权益。譬如，视频网站哔哩哔哩推出的「大会员」制度，可能会影响到该站用户的使用体验，那么「哔哩哔哩大会员事件」即可被认为是一个社会事件；魏则西的离去以及各方对此的处理方式不仅关乎魏则西的个人权益，同时关系到百度用户能否获取到真实的医疗信息，因此我们也可称「[百度魏则西事件](https://langchao.org/@Link/10-bai-du-wei-ze-xi-shi-jian)」为一个社会事件。

在浪潮，社会事件需满足以下两点：

1. 关乎一个或多个群体的权益
2. 已有[符合要求](/contribute/newsroom/add-news.md#xin-wen-lu-yong-biao-zhun)的新闻

需要注意的是，社会事件不是：

1. 虚构的
2. 囊括各类事情的事件组别，如互联网权益、教育体系、医疗系统等
3. 你的恋爱日记

我们明白，界定一件事情是否为社会事件是十分复杂而微妙的。当社区内就此发生争议时，应通过讨论的方式解决分歧。

## 话题

每个时间线都会有若干个话题。话题，即标签（tag），是一个事件相关的固有属性。例如「[上海张江强行征用人才公寓作隔离点引发警民冲突](https://langchao.org/@RKives/184-shang-hai-zhang-jiang-qiang-hang-zheng-yong-ren/)」事件，即有「上海」「COVID」「警民冲突」四个话题。
